Who do you work with, and how do I know if your coaching is right for me?

I work with brilliant, complex women — most often late-diagnosed with ADHD — who are navigating a swirl of inner pressure, unprocessed grief, identity shifts, and a deep desire to feel like themselves again.

My people are typically highly capable yet deeply tired of masking, white-knuckling their days, or trying every planner and productivity hack under the sun.

If you’re done pretending and ready to partner with your neurodivergence (instead of fighting it), you’re in the right place. If you crave real tools and real healing — I got you.

When it comes to facilitation:

I work with HR + ERG leads, senior managers, innovation heads, community leads and higher ed leaders who are ready to shake up unproductive meetings, reignite collaboration, and actually get somewhere together.

My workshops are designed for:

  • Teams navigating change

  • Leaders who want more engagement, better brainstorming, and less routine thinking

  • Groups where communication, trust, or prioritization could use a reset

  • Group coaching containers

  • Teammates on PiPs

  • Offsites or strategy sessions where you need more than just sticky notes on a wall

Every space I facilitate is interactive, collaborative, and built to move people — from disconnection to cohesion, from inertia to momentum.

We make room for everyone to be heard, surface the real dynamics, and leave with clarity, connection, and a plan. If you’re tired of meetings that go nowhere, people who stop contributing, or vision that stays stuck in theory — I’m here to help shift that.

What’s your approach to coaching?

My approach braids together three core threads: shadow work, hard skilling and embodiment for daily thriving.

AKA: The SHE Framework

We explore the beliefs and patterns running the show underneath the surface (hello, rejection sensitivity and demand avoidance), we regulate the nervous system through body-based tools and breathwork, and we build real systems that work with your actual brain, body, and bandwidth.

It’s science-informed, trauma-aware, soul-honoring, and designed specifically for women — who’ve had to be the strong one for too long.

What kinds of results can I expect from working with you?

You will walk away with your own, bespoke resilience toolkit. Curated and woven together from our practices together, insights gained with increased awareness of your internal patterns. Allowing you to be more equipped to respond rather than react.

Clients often tell me they finally feel seen, understood, and are able to forgive themselves enough to try again — without shame spiraling.

You’ll walk away with tools to calm your body, clarify your priorities, move through hard emotions, and create rhythms that support your actual energy — not someone else’s Pinterest-perfect life.

And no, we’re not here to “fix” you. We’re here to partner with your brilliance and build something sustainable from the inside out.

Do you offer one-on-one coaching, group programs, or self-paced options?

Yes to all three — because different seasons need different support. You can:

Whether you’re dipping a toe or ready to deep dive, there’s a place for you here.

I’m newly diagnosed with ADHD — where should I start?

First of all — hi, welcome, you’re not alone.

Getting diagnosed later in life is a total identity earthquake, and the internet rabbit holes can get overwhelming fast.

I recommend starting with the free live masterclass or snag the e guide when you're ready for more.

Start small. We build from there!
