The RezKit
A Workbook
The Resilience System for
Deep Thinkers, Neurodivergent Minds & Recovering Perfectionists
I Thought I Just Needed to Try Harder…
For years, I thought something was wrong with me.
No matter how many productivity hacks I tried, I’d still hit a wall—overthinking, freezing, spiraling into self-doubt.
I was doing all the “right” things, but I felt constantly stuck.
I pushed harder [of course], ignored my body’s signals, and told myself I just needed to be more disciplined.
But the harder I pushed, the worse I felt—exhausted, anxious, and overwhelmed by my own mind. Endless burnout cycles. Quickly losing humor and just devolving into pure seriousness.
Then, things really shifted.
I just, stumbled into realizing that I didn’t need to fix myself.
I needed a system that actually worked with my brain and body—not against them. I started cobbling together all the myriad tools that had actually worked for me over the years.
That’s when RezKit was born.
I started combining mental models, embodiment practices, and resilience exercises into a toolkit I could actually use. Not just when I was motivated, but when I felt stuck, triggered, or unsure of my next step [which, frankly, isn't uncommon]. And slowly, everything started to shift.
This isn’t just a workbook—it’s the system I wish I had years ago.
And now, I’m sharing it with you.
So, WTF is it?
THe RezKit is a resilience-building system designed for those who feel deeply, think endlessly, & get stuck consistently.
It’s not another motivational workbook.
It’s not a rigid fix yourself guide.
It’s not just a bunch of mindset tips with no real action plan.
RezKit is a workbook that blends:
🔹 Embodiment Practices – Breathwork, movement, and sensory techniques to regulate your nervous system in real time.
🔹 Hard Skills for Resilience – Mental models that teach you how to shift perspectives, break out of perfectionism, and make confident decisions.
🔹 Guided Exercises – Journaling prompts, frameworks, and tools to rewire your default reactions and build self-trust.
It’s a system, not just a book—designed to be used, revisited, and evolved as you grow.
What's Inside?
Resilience Isn’t Just About Pushing Through—It’s About Becoming a Pivoteer.
Many of us have been taught that resilience means powering through, gritting our teeth, and pushing harder.
But true resilience isn’t about forcing yourself to endure—it’s about learning when to pause, regulate, and shift with intention.
The RezKit is a 50+ page digital toolkit designed to help you build lasting resilience by combining mental models, embodiment practices, and guided exercises that support you in navigating life’s challenges without burnout or self-doubt.
With exercises and over 15 coaching prompts, this RezKit will support you with:
✅ Assessing where you are now—identify the thought patterns and emotional triggers that shape your responses.
✅ Beginning to rewire unhelpful habits—use mental models to shift from overthinking and perfectionism to clarity and confidence.
✅ Exploring new ways forward—build a resilience system that supports your unique needs, not just what works for everyone else.
By the time you complete these exercises, you won’t just understand resilience—you’ll have a personalized toolkit to help you navigate stress, rejection, and uncertainty with more ease, clarity, and self-trust.
